There are services like Light CMS that even provides you with free space (for up to 3 pages) and your own CMS included! So, you only need to have a domain and ideas for your design and you’re ready to go!!

It is very interesting how the web evolved in the past 2, or 3 years. If past websites became outdated, in design, after a couple of years, a new website is considered old 6 months later now.
This just because web 2.0 tools allow everyone to create nice looking websites and update their own very easily.
